First Day

Andrew's first day of school was yesterday. He is teaching BD at South Charleston. He is in heaven since he is also coaching their. I told him he better be doing some teaching and not be focused on football all the time!!

Watch Lincoln Jump...

One year ago today.....

I found out I was pregnant and now he is 4 months old!

Yesterday at his appointment he was 1 oz short of weighing 18 lbs and he was 25.875 inches long. I thought for sure he would be over 26 inches and weigh over 20 lbs. He didn't even cry when he got his shot....it must have been his chunky legs!!

Last week was your first taste of solids- you had applesauce & rice cereal. Saturday was your first taste of peas! You make this noise every time the spoon gets close to your mouth....like give me more! I think you are going to love everything!

You went to church the first time this morning. You slept most of the time and I only had to take you out for the last 15 minutes. After church we all headed over to Paul and Connie's for a cookout!

Our Weekend

Saturday morning Andrew had football practice then he had to work at Sam's until 6. Adele and her daughter Chloe came over and we went to several yard sales. We found a few things. Saturday night Lincoln stayed at my mom's and Andrew and I had a date night. We had dinner at Outback and then we went to the movies and saw The Proposal. It was a really good....even Andrew enjoyed it! We slept in on Sunday and it felt wonderful!!

We also bought Lincoln a jump-a-roo, and he loves it so far!

I also made my first baby food...pears! It was really easy. I didn't give any to Lincoln yet. I am waiting until his 4-month check-up. This week I am going to make peas, green beans and carrots.

Peel, cut into chunks and cook until soft.

I only used this a few times. Then I got out the food processor and it was A LOT easier. Once you get it pureed, spoon into ice cub trays and freeze!

16 weeks

Lincoln likes this so far. He will last about 15 minutes. Which is good for him...lol.... I really want to get him a jump-a-roo! Fitz always licks his legs and feet. Of course when I try and get a picture he stops.

Lincoln swimming w/ Daddy....

Lincoln loved swimming in the pool. At the end he starts crying but he had already been in the pool for probably 20-25 minutes kicking away. Of course when I started to video it didn't last much longer!

Corey & Ariel

are engaged!! They are planning to have a long engagement. Corey purposed the first night. It was their 3 year anniversary!! I made him do it again so I could get a picture...

Myrtle Beach 2009

We are back from the beach. Lincoln did good in the car seat. He had his moments but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Lincoln had a lot of firsts including rolling over from stomach to back and laughing out loud. He is also starting to "talk" all the time!

Andrew, my Dad and Popaw went deep sea fishing all day on Thursday. It was a rough ride and Andrew got pretty sick! They caught 15 fish all together. Popaw caught the biggest one and will never let them live it down!
