Beach Bound!

Me, Mom, Momaw, Jewel and of course Lincoln are heading to the beach this evening. We are going to make it as far as Lincoln will let us. He hates his car seat so wish us all luck! Andrew and Popaw took Prissy and Fitzgerald to "Doggie Daycare." They are sharing a kennel so hopefully Fitz won't eat all of her food! All the boys and Ariel are leaving in the morning. I will update w/ lots of pictures when we get back.

Have 49th wedding anniversary Momaw & Popaw!!

2 Years!

Today Andrew and I are celebrating our 2-year wedding anniversary. We have been together a total of 5 years. We are going out to dinner tonight to celebrate!!

Packing, Packing and more Packing!

Over the weekend I packed all 3 of our things for the beach. Lincoln has so much stuff he gets his own suitcase and over half the car I am sure. He has all of this plus his big stroller, umbrella stroller & pack-n-play- I hope I remembered everything!!

He also learned how to hold and play with toys all by himself this weekend with the help of Momaw!

Welcome Ethan King!

Last Saturday one of my best friends Amy Rae had a beautiful baby boy. After 24 hours of labor he was born 5:32 p.m. via C-Section and weighed 6 lbs 9 oz, 19 inches long. We went to visit last night. Ethan is sooo tiny!!! He felt like a feather compared to holding Lincoln. Amy is doing so good. I am so proud of her. I hope Ethan and Lincoln become good friends just like their mamas!

Lincoln @ 3 Months

• Wears Size 2 Diapers
• 3-6 Months Clothes
• HATES his Car seat
• LOVES to be walked around ALL the time
• Loves when you lay him down and talk to him
• Starting to notice the TV when it's on
• Gets up once a night usually around 3-4
• Wakes up in the morning around 6-7
• Goes to bed around 8-9
• Takes a 6 oz bottle when he gets one

Wow Lincoln is 3 months old today, which means I am half way through my goal of breastfeeding until 6 months! I think I am going to make it. If it wasn't for having to pump at work I think I could go longer. I really can't believe it's already been 3 months. I feel like we just took Lincoln to his 2 month appointment!

Tonight Corey was walking Lincoln around and he fell asleep in his arms...

3-Month Photo Shoot

Saturday afternoon we took Lincoln to have his 3-Months photos taken. He did really good and didn't even cry once! This is the first weekend Andrew has had off since he was born. We all had a great weekend!

12 weeks

We made it!

We have been trying to get out and walk the evening we are both home. Usually Lincoln only makes it up and half way back Ravinia before crying and needed to be carried the rest of the way back. Tonight we made it all the way down and back!! I think the stroller helped. Usually we take the big stroller and he cannot see everything out of it and tonight we used the umbrella stroller from my Mom's. She has been using it during the day around the yard and he loves it.

4th of July Weekend

Andrew had to work yesterday so I went with my mom and dad to my cousin Chris & Tracee's house. We enjoyed lots of good food!

This is Andrew's wedding ring. It is supposed to be Tungsten and supposedly indestructible. This is the second time it has broke. Both times he was working at Sam's and washed his hands and the rind fell off and hit the floor and broke into pieces. We went to the mall today and they are going to replace it again!!

One Eyed Jack

Today my dad had to do something really hard and have Jack put down. He hasn't been doing good for the past year. Jack has been in our family for over 10 years. I can remember when Popaw took me and Corey to the Animal Shelter to pick out a dog. Corey cried to get Jack because he only had one eye and he said no one else would want him. Jack was a great dog.......even though he would bark non stop at everyone!! He will be missed!

Andrew watched Lincoln all day the past two days. When I came home yesterday he even had managed to cook dinner. Ribs & Baked Potatoes....it was really good.
