Memorial Day Cook Out

We celebrated Memorial Day on Sunday. My Dad and his family always go to the family cemetery to mow and clean everything up. Corey went and helped this year. When they are finished everyone comes back to Mom and Dads for a cook out. Even Momaw and Momaw Starcher joined in for a game of corn hole and they both made one too!

Pool Party with the Kings

This weekend was the Vandalia Gathering at the Capital. Lincoln and I looked around then we went to the Capital steps and the fountain. Then we headed to Amy Rae and Bills for a pool party with Alex and Ethan. The boys had a blast playing all day with no naps! He did sparklers for the first time too. Lincoln feel asleep before we got to bottom of their hill.

Lincoln LOVES squirt guns and water bottles! He has an awesome aim too! He thinks it's hilarious when he sprays someone but he cannot stand it when you spray him because he usually cries!

Visiting Amelia

Last night Lincoln and I visited Michelle and Baby Amelia. She is the sweetest little baby girl. Never cries and already sleeps through the night!

It's time...

I have decided that it's time to start up this blog again. Even though our divorce isn't final I feel the time is right to start it again. I'm choosing not to make this blog private so hopefully nothing will be turned around and used against me like in the past. I have wrote a lot of posts but haven't published them. I will publish them one at a time once I get them complete.

Mommy's Day

For Mother's Day Lincoln and I took Mom, Momaw and Aunt Jewell to the Greenbriar for lunch. It was the first time for all of us. I made our reservasions one of the last ones so their wasn't a lot of people there. Thank goodness because Lincoln got lose from Jewell and started running around the whole dinning room! I was so embarrassed I could have crawled under a table but all the waiters were lauging and saying how cute he was. Lunch was amazing and the dessertts were too! When we finished we looked around a little inside then went outside and took a few pictures.

Lincoln loved this water fountain. He kept saying he wanted to take a bath in it!

Potty Time

The Easter Bunny brought Lincoln a potty chair for our house. I hadn't put it in the bathroom yet or even taken it out of the package. Lincoln said he had to use it and I figured he was just playing but he really did!

Belated Easter

Since Lincoln was with Andrew the weekend of Easter we did ours the following Sunday. Even the Easter Bunny made a late special delivery for Lincoln! Momaw cooked dinner and Lincoln received 4 more Easter Baskets from Momaw & Popaw, Gigi & Popaw, Jewell and Corey & Ashley!
