Popaw

When Andrew went to drop Lincoln off at Momaw and Popaws house their was an abulance and fire truck! He called Momaw and she told him she thought she had almost lost Popaw and they were taking him to the hospital. While in the emergency room the doctors first told us the news he had the biggest infection they had ever seen and was going to have to have 3 heart valves replaced. They also said he was going to have to go to Cleavland to have the surgery. Later that evening another doctor came in and said he only needed one heart valve replaced but first he was going to have to get rid of the infection and have a heart catheterization. He is allergic to kidney dye but they are saying he has to have this procedure done and they will give him medicine for an allergic reaction before he gets it. As of now they don't know where the infection started. He had an colonoscopy today and they thought maybe it started there but it didn't. The heart cathetization is scheduled for Monday and then open heart surgery on Thursday. This is going to be a very long hospital stay for him and he is already wanting to come home!!!
